Damon Teas comes to Premier High Schools bringing almost two decades of experience working in education as a teacher, coach, and building principal. Teas grew up in Mayflower, Arkansas and graduated from the University of Central Arkansas. His vision is to provide a school in which students are inspired to follow their dreams and reach their goals.

Premier High School - North Little Rock is dedicated to providing hope to central Arkansas students and as a native of central Arkansas, Teas is right at home teaching and mentoring today's youth who will become tomorrow's leaders.
